The Wellingborough Innovation Centre is a short walk from Wellingborough town centre with onsite parking facilities and is designed to give you a flexible, professional and supported office environment in which to grow your business.

Offices are readily available and the office space ranges from 143 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft, accommodating up to 24 start-up and growing companies. The Wellingborough Innovation Centre also has a range of conference and meeting rooms for up to 45 delegates, which are available to hire by the hour or by the day by internal or external companies. Through the staff at the centre and our local Regional Director, we can also provide guidance on everyday essentials of running a successful business from getting started through to re-financing for growth and managing people.

The medieval market town of Wellingborough offers excellent road links to the rest of the Country and is able to service the majority of population centres in the UK and return within a working day. The Borough has excellent rail links and is served by the Midland Mainline which connects Sheffield through the East Midlands to London St Pancras.

The centre opened in March 2003 and is the result of a partnership between Oxford Innovation, the Borough Council of Wellingborough and Tresham College of Further Education, and is funded by the East Midlands Development Agency.
